I am a very passionate, caring and universally skilled teacher with more than 40 years of teaching experience, thoroughly schooled in the university of life.

I have a special passion for struggling learners. Where there is a will, we either find a way or make a new one.

What excites me? Working with people and learning new things every day. I am confident that I can add a lot of value to your staff.

Additional Projects for 2024

  • Own YouTube teaching channel: https://www.youtube.com/@Dirk-e-teacher/playlists and setting up e-commerce for my own websites
  • Making parents and learners aware of work around strategies for learners who cannot read at all. Interactive workshops are being planned.   
  • Giving hope to learners and parents who feel forsaken by the system.
  • Just finished TEFL certificate course for teaching online and abroad.
  • Studying music, playing guitar, piano, recorder and harmonica
